How to Make a DIY PVC Light Stand for Under $5

Filmaker Scott Eggleston has lots of ambition but he is low on cash. As an avid DIYer he loves to come up with cool things you can do with low cost parts which can help your photography. This time around he takes a few PVC parts and in a very simple way create a simple – yet useful – light stand out of them.

The nice thing about these parts is that if you have a bit of imagination you can come up with tons of other ways to use them to change or improve the stand or create completely different parts out of them (Eggleston actually shows a few examples around the end of the videos).
