The Big Flash Trigger Comparison: PocketWizard vs. Phottix vs. YongNuo vs. Cyber Commander

This extensive comparison guide video by photographer Tony Northrup takes a look at 4 different flash triggering units. If you are using flashes or monolights for your studio work you would probably want to use some sort of a remote trigger.

  • Cyber Commander triggerfrom Buff (starting from $180 for the transmitter alone).
  • PocketWizard FlexTT5 Transceiver / Transmitter – you will need both transmitter and transceiver to work (for Canon / Nikon – the Transmitter will go for $194 and transmitter for $174)
