Martin Schoeller: Shooting for Time Magazine 100 Honorees of the Year

In 2011 TIME magazine commissioned well know photographer Martin Schoeller, to photograph five of the  TIME’s 100 honorees of the year — Amy Chua, author of Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother; Oprah Winfrey, Wael Ghonim, the Google employee and Egyptian activist who helped lead the revolution; chef Grant Achatz, and comedian Amy Poehler.

In this behind the scenes video Schoeller talks about the challenges of shooting Amy Chua with the (not too little) tigers, Wael Ghonim who was one of the well known figures of the Egyptian revolution on the rooftop in Cairo as well as top chef Grant Achatz with a not too friendly bird.
