Creating a Porcelain Doll Effect in Photoshop

This video tutorial by Howard Pinsky will show you how to create porcelain doll effect in Adobe Photoshop using vibrance adjustment, layers, smart objects and more. Pinsky will also show you how to use liquify filter to increase the size of the eyes and decrease the size of the moth and nose (just don’t over do it otherwise you end up with a Japanese anime face).
