Richard Michalak: Cinematography Learn From A Master

Back in 2011 filmmaker Richard Michalak created one of the best basic tutorials for would be filmmakers and videographers.

Michalak was apparently dissatisfied with online cinematography tutorials which were either unnecessarily technical or just confused and confusing, and so Michalak with Hugh Fenton collaborated on making something better – a 40 minute tutorial covering the basics of shooting video and Cinematography. Despite being recorded in relatively low resolution and having a few technical issues (as well as a few minor mistakes) the video as a whole gives a very good basic overview on the subject.
