This video (the second part in a series) by Brooklyn-based fine art photographer Spencer Lum (from ground-glass) look at the process of selling and shows why in some cases your client might be happier paying more (yes, it seems counter intuitive but listen to Lum’s examples).
Lum’s mantra is simple – selling is more than just a negotiation about price – its simple to start with price but its also a good lead towards other important questions and asking questions is one of the most important things you can do to help your client and provide him with all the information he needs to make a decision.
