Tips for Taking Photos of Water Reflections

On this short video, professional landscape & wildlife photographer Ian Plant (from UltimatePhotoGuide) gives some quick tips on photographing water reflections

Reflections can be a great addition to the composition of an image. Plant talks about the best hours of the day to shot reflections, the best place (typically not the ocean), wind (a bit of breeze can actually be a good thing) and the selection of your subject (you can use the reflection as your subject or just as an added extra).

We have covered many more great tips for landscape photography on our landscape photography section here on LensVid.
