On this video tutorial (the third in a series) Aaron Nace from Phlearn looks at adding transitions and sound to your video using Adobe Photoshop.
This is the third part of this 4 part series on video editing in Photoshop and in this video Nace looks at both transition and sound and how to add them to your video in Photoshop.
Transitions are a way to make two different video segments connect in a more streamline way. You can use all sorts of transitions but some of the most common ones are cross dissolve and fade which is exactly what Nace is demonstrating in this video tutorial.
Adding sound is the second part of the video and it is also pretty simple (Nace demonstrate how to mute existing segments and add a different sound track to your video).
Make sure you watch the 2 previous episodes in this series:
This isn’t the first time we look at editing videos in Photoshop – last week we published the first part of this series called The Basics of Editing Video in Photoshop as well as older videos such as Simple Video Editing in Photoshop with Photoshop senior product manager Bryan O’Neil Hughes a somewhat longer video by Terry White. If you are a more serious video editor you would probably want to check white’s video – 10 Things Beginners Need to Know about using Premiere Pro CC.
