If you need to whiten teeth there are many ways to do so in Photoshop, in this CreativeLive video by Ben Willmore we take a look at one fairly simple way using Camera RAW.
Photoshop CC Camera RAW has an adjustment brush tool which allows users to locally perform changes like changing color, exposure, saturation and more. By selecting only the teeth, Willmore explain how you can create a whiter teeth but still keep the color realistic.
Understanding how you can use the adjustment tool in Camera RAW can allow you to do local retouches and using it correctly can give you an extremely powerful capabilities in a way that might be simpler than doing so inside Photoshop itself.
This is not the first time we cover techniques for whitening teeth in Photoshop. Last year we had Aaron Nace from Phlearn “The Right Way to Whiten Teeth in Photoshop” and before that “How to Remove Red Eye & Whiten Teeth in Photoshop” with Photoshop senior product manager Bryan O’Neil Hughes, “How to Fix Yellow Teeth in Photoshop and Lightroom” with Howard Pinsky and “How To Fix Teeth In Adobe Photoshop” with Terry White.
