Aputure introduced earlier today the DELTA Pro Power Station. Collaborating with EcoFlow, it promises to redefine portable power for content creators, photographers, filmmakers, and outdoor enthusiasts alike. This will be the first such battery pack from Aputure.
Portable Power For content creators
The Aputure DELTA Pro Power Station brings forth a host of features including a 3,600Wh Lithium Iron Phosphate battery capacity with 3,600W AC power output, enough for several high-power lights and multiple accessories to be powered or charged at the same time.
Portable power – Aputure DELTA Pro Power Station
Battery Technology
The battery pack is equipped with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries which offer superior performance, safety, and longevity compared to traditional lithium-ion batteries. More specifically Aputure claims a lifespan of over 3,500 charge cycles, ensuring years of reliable use.
Power (Lots and Lots of power)
According to Aputure, the new power station can power an LS 1200d Pro together with an LS 600d Pro light simultaneously at full brightness for 1.5 hours, or an LS 1200d Pro alone for over 2 hours. You can even power up to five LS 600d Pros simultaneously using the 30A AC outlet.
Another important point is the potential expandability of this system. For longer run times, the DELTA Pro’s expandable capacity with more units can meet the power demands of any set.
The unit has  2 USB-A ports, 2 USB-A Fast Charge ports, 2 USB-C (100W) ports, and 5 AC Outlets including a 30A max socket. It also has a large screen for monitoring the battery and charge/output of the unit.

Charging Capabilities
Recharging is quick and fast with EcoFlow’s X-Stream charging technology and a smart battery management system (BMS), the DELTA Pro delivers one of the fastest AC recharging rates of any power station on the market with a full charge in 2.7 hours from a standard AC wall outlet. Alternatively, the DELTA Pro is also equipped with solar, car, and EV charging capabilities for additional charging solutions.
The unit also incorporates smart features such as smartphone compatibility and integration with Aputure’s proprietary Sidus Link mobile app. Through the app, users gain access to a wealth of real-time data, power management tools, and firmware updates, all from the convenience of their smartphones.
Between Aputure and EcoFlow
Both Aputure and EcoFlow are big names in their respective categories. Seeing both these companies working together is refreshing but also promising for the future.
With that said, this specific product is not really new (at least not from what we have been able to gather so far, we have yet to hear back from Aputure and we shall update this article if we get any info on that). If you look at the existing EcoFlow DELTA Pro Portable Power Station – it seems to be exactly the same unit without the Aputure branding.
We can hope that as this collaboration proceeds Aputure will come up with new designs which bring unique innovation to photographers just like its existing line of lighting products does.
Pricing
The Aputure DELTA Pro Power Station will start selling for $3300 (the same price as the EcoFlow DELTA Pro version).
