The Selfie Mirror Will Post Your Image to Twitter

For those who can’t start the morning without a quick selfie, the new Selfie Mirror could be a solution. The new device solves the well know problem of having to hold your phone in your hand while taking the image. Instead, the Selfie Mirror takes a picture automatically as soon as you stand in front of it.

S.E.L.F.I.E., as the project is called was designed as a: “Self Enhancing Live Feed Image Engine”. The unit is triggered by standing in front of the two way mirror and holding a smile. The inside of the unit has a MacMini and a facial recognition software which activates hidden LED’s to indicate a countdown and a simulated “flash” to signal that you photo was taken. The photo is then automatically posted to Twitter (with a watermark/logo of choice).

Developed by iStrategyLabs the S.E.L.F.I.E. mirror is currently just a sort of high tech experiment with technology but if you really need that selfie in the morning or just think it can be a great promotional tool for your business or event – you can contact the company and maybe they will make one for you for the right price.
