On this short video Bob Gager, Group Product Manager for Photoshop Elements, demonstrates how to remove color cast from a part of an image using Adobe Photoshop elements.
The next step is to zoom in to the relevant part of the image and then go to the enhance menu and the adjust color for skin tone panel. We use the cursor to pick color from the face (in this case we are trying to remove cast from the face of the baby). If the result isn’t good enough you can play around with the tint/blush. This changes all of the image – if you only want to chance just a part of the image (the baby face in this case) we can use a layer mask and paint with a brush and a black brush.
In the past we looked into several other topics in Photoshop elements including How to Remove Haze Using Photoshop Elements, how to remove a double chin using Photoshop Elements, How to Create an Infrared Effect, how to Add Splashes of Color into a Black and White image in 60 Seconds and what are the main differences between Lightroom and Photoshop elements.
