Philip Bloom’s Review of the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera

About 3 months ago well known videographer Philip Bloom published his first video out of a 3 part review of the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera. The second part of this very in-depth review was published shortly afterwards but the third part was only recently published and so today we are happy to bring you the entire series combined.

Part I (above) consists of an introduction and first impressions (as well as some problems with the camera), what are Bloom’s expectations from the camera.

In part 2 of the review of the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera review Bloom takes the camera on location in order to find out what is it can actually do in the field.

Part III is a sort of retrospective after using the camera for a longer time and a look back at some of the strong and weak points mentioned in the past 2 parts. Bloom also talks about the addition of RAW to the camera (something that Blackmagic recently added to the Pocket Cinema Camera).
