The video expo IBC 2015 has ended but there are still tons of interesting things that was announced during the show that we are hoping to bring to you. One of those is a very unique lighting system from BB&S called Pipeline reporter which you can see in this report by Matt Allard from Newsshooter who interviewed Peter Plesner, Brother, Brother & Sons (BB&S) founder.
The Pipeline Reporter has a very unique tube shape which is perfect for tight spaces (one use case is for bloggers who would like to place light sources next to their computer screen).
The BB&S Pipeline Reporter LED Light Kit
Here are some of the main features of the new BB&S Pipeline Reporter LED Light Kit:

- Temperature – 3 versions: 3200K, 4300K or 5600K.
- More than 1000 Lumens output per light.
- 10 Watt Draw per light.
- Wide 180º light dispersion.
- Flicker-free dimming from 100%-0
- Silent operation (no fan).
- Price: $850 (a kit of 2 plus stands and power connectors).
The Pipeline Reporter can work on AD or DC, is compatible with 100-240V 50/60Hz and can be powered of a battery (20 Watt @14V DC).
