How to Make an Amazing DIY Camera Slider for Under $40

Matthew Perks is one of our favorite DIYers on Youtube with his channel DIY Perks. He already demonstrated how to build a Cool DIY Ring-Light for Just $25 and the Ultimate Super Low Self-Noise DIY Microphone and now he is back showing us how to build a really cool slider for under $40.

As always with Perks, his builds are not the most simple DIY projects but even if you do not share his skill or have the time he has to spend on his projects they are always fun to see and the results – in most cases at least looks really polished.

The 8mm rollers Perks mentions in the video are probably the most expensive part of this build at $8 (you will need a few of those) it is the best that we could find although maybe you can find a cheaper one at your local store – otherwise try this e-bay link.

As for the template for the sliders Perks mentions in the video – you can download them from these links.
