How to Get a Still Image From a Video Using Photoshop

On this video Photoshop product manager Bryan O’Neil Hughes takes a look at how you can extract an image from a video in the best way possible using  Adobe Photoshop.

More and more of us shoot HD video (or even 4K video) these days and on occasion we might like to extract a single still image (to use as a cover of for other reasons). Taking a screenshot is not the best option. Instead there are other more practical and better quality ways of doing that and Hughes demonstrates two of them in the video.
