Using Tilt-Shift Effects in Photoshop to Create Amazing Miniature Worlds

On this Adobe tutorial Photoshop expert Nicole Dalesio takes a look at using tilt shift effect in Photoshop for creating miniature look.

In the two examples shown by Dalesio the images are ones that were taken from above (the prefered angle for shooting miniature effect images. Dalesio uses the tilt shift filter and iris filter – both under the blur filter in Photoshop.
