Compositing in Photoshop – Adding People to Images

On this short  video tutorial Photoshop senior product manager Bryan O’Neil Hughes explains how to add people into images realistically using Adobe Photoshop.

Have you ever had two images where one was almost perfect but one of the people blink and another image where he didn’t but the rest of the image wasn’t as perfect? wouldn’t you like to be able to bring the person from one image into the other and still have everything look realistic?

This video will try and show you how to do just that using selection, perspective and scale to make a perfect composite image. Now keep in mind that doing this in a convincing way usually takes much more work than was shown in this video and you will need to make a perfect selection, but if the two images have similar lighting and the person is at the right angle – you just might be able to pull this off.
