How to Create an HDR From a Single Image in Lightroom and Photomatix

On this video by photographer Anthony Morganti looks at using a single image to create an HDR look using Adobe Lightroom and photomatix.

That is the reason why Morganti is showing us how to do this using photomatix. Inside the software Morganti explains each step until you end up with the finished HDR.

We have already looked at creating a pseudo HDR image using a single image in Lightroom on photographer Gavin Hoey video. If you are interested in HDR in general we have a huge section dealing with this technique.
