How to Mask in Photoshop in 90 Seconds!

Portrait photographer Nathaniel Dodson (from the website tutvid) recently released a very short but simple to understand video explaining how masking in Photoshop works.

We often bring to you more complex videos covering different retouching techniques in Adobe Photoshop which involves masking. However, until now we didn’t cover the basics of masking – something that Dodson does in this video in a very simple no-nonsense way with a quick demo of a red car being masked into a green one.

You can check out several more advanced videos demonstrating the use of layer masks in Photoshop so you can get a more deep understanding of what you can actually do with this technique.

You can find many more Photoshop video tutorials on LensVid’s Photoshop section.
