The good people from cheesycam published an interesting video comparison between 3 popular video monopds from Sirui, Benro and Manfrotto. Which one is the best – watch the video and find out…
Monopods are useful tools for videographers – when a tripod is too much and hand holding is too little a monopod might be just the right answer. The three monopods on this video has small 3 legs which help with some extra stability as well as a few extra features which will help you control your camera better.
A few months ago we published a similar video from B&H looking at more or less the same set of tripods which included at the time the:
- Benro A38FBS2 (around $150).
- Benro A48FBS6 – (around $250).
- Manfrotto Fluid monopod – (around $280).
- Sirui P-204S – (around $160).
Although the guys from B&H were a bit more cautious with their conclusions (they do need to sell all brands after all) it seems that even in that comparison the Sirui came out as a clear winner.
