Master Series: Greg Heisler Photographs Yasser Arafat

On this Profoto video, New York-based master photographer Gregory Heisler talks about his experience photographing former PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat for the front page of Time magazine (April 2002 issue).

Heisler’s task wasn’t simple and he only had a few minutes on site with minimal lighting but apparently this (and the old wooden camera he used to capture the image with) were enough to make the cover of the magazine.
