Enhance Eyes in Photoshop in Under 1 Minute!

On this super quick video tutorial portrait photographer Nathaniel Dodson (from the website tutvid) shows a quick way to enhance the depth that you see in someone’s eyes using Photoshop.

They say that the eyes are the key to the soul – we don’t know about that, but we do know that the eyes are essential to portraiture. If you want to enhance them in post there are a lot of ways including this simple trick that Dodson demonstrates here – adding some white dots on the lower part of the eye on a new layer and blurring it after changing the blend mode of the layer to overlay.
