How to Do Selective Color Manipulation in Photoshop

On this short  video tutorial Photoshop senior product manager Bryan O’Neil Hughes discusses selective color manipulation using Adobe Photoshop.

Hughes start by using the hue saturation adjustment layer as a non destructive way to change colors  but than move to use the on image tool inside the hue saturation tool. On the second part Hughes shows how to do the same thing with a black and white image where only a small part of the image stays in color.

We have looked at selective coloring in the past – last September we published Gavin Hoey’s video on “Color Popping with Style in Lightroom” which covered the same topic but on another popular Adobe software.
