On this Adobe video Julieanne Kost demonstrates how to create a “template” catalog on the computer that you can use on-location. Kost explains how to retain all of the edits made to images while in the field (including collections, virtual copies, ratings, saved output projects, etc.) by merging the on-location catalog with her master catalog upon return. She also gives some useful tips that can help you manage and increase productivity when working with a main office computer and a laptop for location work.
