Earlier this year Fotodiox announced a pretty interesting lens adapter – the Vizelex ND Throttle. This unit is a variable ND lens adapter that fits Canon EF, Nikon G series, Minolta MD and attach to Sony E-mount, Micro 4/3 or Nikon F-mount with an added bonus – built in variable ND filter.
If you are using Sony E-Mount camera (including the FE cameras from the A7 series), a micro 4/3 camera or even a Nikon DSLR – you will be happy to learn that Fotodiox has an interesting solution for you that can help you attach lenses from other manufacturers while adding a rear ND filter which you can rotate to get a darkening effect of ND2 – ND1000 (or 1 – 10 stops).

If you hate having to buy ND filters for all your lenses the Vizelex ND Throttle can be an interesting solution – especially for videographers who have a need to shoot a lot outdoor (an a few older lenses around).
