Miss Aniela: Creating the “White Witch Awakening” with the Nikon D810

Following the announcement of the new D810 yesterday (see our extensive news), Nikon released several videos of leading photographers showing how they work with the camera. One of the most interesting ones is a behind the scenes look of a shoot British photographer Miss Aniela performed with live animals, models and her usual amazing costumes.

The shoot was doe as part of a special colorful brochure for the Nikon D810 and it was shot in a mention in Oxfordshire in South East England. There were quite a few challenges with this shot not just the models and customs but also the animals and the water. Possibly the most challenging for a photographer like Miss Aniela was the fact that all the shots were taken straight from the camera with no Photoshop involved (this was part of a Nikon D810 product campaign after all not Adobe one).

Miss-AnielaMiss Aniela (Natalie Dybisz) is one of our favorite young female photographers (we have previewed her work here in the past). She has a very unique dream-like character to her shots creating full fantasy universes in each shot. As we noted in the past, some of her surrealistic works reminds us of the works of another talented young photographer –  Adrien Broom which we covered here as well.
