Vincent Munier – White Wolves in the Arctic

This short film takes us to a journey to the frozen north with wildlife photographer Vincent Munier. It was selected by National Geographic editors for its inspirations capture of the stunning Arctic wildlife in its true raw sense.

Munier was born in 1976 in the east of France. He was a BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year in 2000, 2001 and 2002, and has been active in environmental issues since the early 1990s.

Munier travelled the world looking or inspiring visual stories as high as Tibet and as far as the Arctic often alone with his gear (he works as an NPS photographer for Nikon) waiting for a perfect shot in places where almost no other human being has ever been, capturing the inspiring grace of nature in all its glory.
