Tips for Shooting Insects Outside

On this video photographer Tony Northrup shares a number of tips on shooting macro shots of insects such as bees, Butterflies, Wasps, and Flies in the field. Macro photography in the field can be challenging especially due to the constant movement of your subject (even the smallest wind can move a flower with the bug on it) and the very shallow depth of field makes things even harder. However as Northrup explains – there are ways around it especially if you have enough light.
