Product Photography Made Easy with the FJ Westcott Digitent

This video by photographer Eric Eggly looks at a simple way to take product shots using a pretty inexpensive solution from FJ Westcott called the Digitent.

This light tent can be used with a very inexpensive light (Eggly purchased a flat fluorescent light from home depot and wired it up and set it in the bottom of the Digitent). Eggly suggest that you shoot in manual so that you can set the exposure yourself (in some cases you will need a polarizer if you get reflections).

The Digitent start from around $50 on Amazon (larger versions also exist as well as kits with lights from FJ Westcott).
