RODE recently released a new version of its popular omni-directional lavalier microphone aimed at mobile devices with some interesting improvement.
The new version (with the + sign) is said to have improved sensitivity and better signal-to-noise performance than its predecessor and RODE consider it a broadcast level lav mic for mobile devices.
The mic will work with any TRRS 3.5mm recording device (ios, android or otherwise – although you might need this SC3 adaptor to connect to a TRS devices such as cameras and audio recorders).
