Orbi Prime – The First 360º Video Camera Glasses

A new indiegogo campaign posted today called ORBI Prime offers what might be the first ever video recording glasses that can capture 360 degree view and record it a way that should be easily uploaded and shared.

360 degree cameras used to be large but they have been reducing in size and weight. However this seems to be the first time that people will be able to shoot 360 in a completely non intrusive way and continue doing what they do (cycling, skying doing water sports or anything else).

The Orbi Prime has no less than 4 1080p cameras allowing the unit to capture full 360° content immersivly. The Orbi Prime are water resistant (IP64), has WIFI built into them. Other interesting features include SDXC card slot inertial sensor, polarised lenses and double 1000mAh batteries that should last for a full hours of recording. Even with all of these the galsses weight only 27 lbs (157 grams).
